Directions to the Campgrounds:

I-80 to the Lexington/Hwy 283 turnoff. Turn north.
Go 1.8 miles. Turn left at Pizza Hut on S Washington St.
Turn left on W Walnut St.
Go 1 1/3 miles then turn right on Airport Rd.
Cross Hwy 30 and the campgrounds are on your right. Turn into the first driveway.

Camp Rental Rate Schedule

* Please contact the campgrounds for specific dates and to negotiate specific prices for your individual needs.

Overnight Retreat Package

This package includes 24 hours on the grounds with use of all facilities (at times shared with other groups), 1 night's lodging, 3 meals served by our staff, and insurance coverage for minor accidents. Prices are based on the size of your group.

Individual Building Usage Package
 

Rental of individual buildings for recreation, picnics, concerts, etc., can be obtained through this plan. Some buildings can be rented by the day or the hour when no lodging is needed. Insurance is mandatory for all member of the group ($1 per person per day).

RV & Camper Package Plan

RV's, campers, and tents can use the following prices when with a group at the camp. Tents not using the RV parking & hookups are $6 per day.

Parking $7 per day
Electricity $5 per day
Sewer Hookup $1 per day
Air Conditioning or Electric Heat $6 per day
All of the Above $19 per day

All persons staying in campers will also be charged the appropriate grounds fee, insurance fee, and meal fees that apply to their group.

Pets are discouraged on the grounds. If one is brought, it must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your vehicle. They must be taken to the designated area for exercise, etc. PETS ARE NOT allowed in the rooms or buildings at any time.


Rental Deposit

Each group is asked to make a $75 minimum deposit or 10% of the estimated cost of the event (which ever is greater) to reserve their date on the camp calendar. After each retreat or activity is completed, the Director will inspect the Camp. If he should determine any damage has been caused by your group, or if buildings and grounds are not left in a clean orderly manner, you will forfeit your deposit plus pay the full cost of repairs or unusual cleaning.


A Note About Our Facility

We hope you will find our facility a very comfortable place to visit. We do ask that you leave the grounds and buildings as you found them, doing your best to tidy up in preparation for the next group coming in. With your help, we can continue to keep our prices as low as possible.

Please be sure to notify your group that bedding and linens are not provided by the camp and they should bring their own (bedding, towels, soap, and personal items).

Children's Rates: Three and under (who eat from their parents plate) are free with the exception of the Insurance Fee of $1. If they take a plate, it will be $2 per plate additional. Ages 4-10 pay the adults lodging fee, $3 per meal, and the insurance fee of $1.

NOTE: $8 per meal for those who do not stay overnight at the camp. This covers the Grounds Fee, Meal, and Insurance Fee.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the rooms or camp buildings. This is a state law. Only RV people may have a pet on the grounds (see restrictions under RV & Camper Vehicles).
